I have over 30 years experience operating at board level in an executive and non-executive capacity within large complex organisations. A commercially focused leader, passionate about companies being a force for good, I have significant experience in leading transformational change in responsible business and diversity and inclusion.

An agile, strategic thinker with vision, enthusiasm and an inquisitive approach. I have a collaborative high energy leadership style, allied with passion for engaging on social and ethical issues, allowing me to maintain my values of honesty, trust and professional integrity.

My experience includes B&Q, BSKYB, Royal Mail. I served as aCommissioner on the Disability Rights Commission and the Equality and Human Rights Commission.
I have run my own successful consultancy supporting global clients for 20 years specialising in Responsible Business and Diversity and Inclusion. I was a NED on the Department for Work and Pensions PDCS Board and I served 6 years as a NED on the Communication Consumer Panel for Ofcom.
