​Coaching for Growth: I work with people to uncover strengths, define purpose, and overcome barriers. I help clarify vision and take steps toward meaningful and measurable outcomes. I create a space for discovery, accountability and transformation.
Non-Executive Leadership: I work with people aspiring to be a NED. This course has a practical focus on HOW you develop skills of governance and challenge, It puts ETHICS and values at the heart of developing a NED style.
Creating a winning approach: This course has a practical focus on HOW you develop a process for designing your strategy and how to effectively present and engage senior leaders to secure support and buy-in.
